1-to-1 Therapy

What you need to know about therapy sessions together

Online sessions.

We can meet no matter where you are in the world!

Sessions are online using a secure video platform. It is important that you have access to a private space during online therapy meetings.
You are always welcome to:

  • have your camera on or off,

  • bring pets,

  • arts and & crafts,

  • stim and fidget toys,

  • a cup of tea & snacks,

  • a cozy blanket,

  • anything that helps you feel comfortable and grounded.

Sessions last 50 minutes.

We will spend a couple of minutes at the end of each session to transition away from the session and to schedule our next meeting.

Therapy works best when meeting weekly. This is super important to maintain momentum and accountability, especially at the start. I know it can seem like a big investment, but you will get results that last, and sooner, being more cost-effective in the long run.

Sessions every two weeks can be accommodated once we have built up that trust and momentum, as a way to transition away from therapy.

Investment: £90.

We can look at a week by week payment plan, or there is also the option for a reduced rate of £80 per session if payment is provided for 4 sessions in advance.

Each week, I also have a limited number of sessions available at a concession rate of £65 per session. There is normally a waitlist for these slots but please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you would benefit from this.

Payment is made by bank transfer before the session to reserve your time slot.

Availabilities:

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday between 9.30am and 5.30pm GMT.

Sessions are usually on the same time and day, however there is some flexibility if you have variable scheduling needs (eg. shift workers).

I can offer a limited number of evening sessions; please get in touch if you require an evening time.

Cancellations: I ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations. If you need to cancel with less than 48 hours notice, the full fee will be due.
